ELF maximum coverage concealer complete REVIEW

First in the series of my makeup reviews comes the elf  maximum coverage concealer. I have divided the review in parts for the ease of reading.

PAKAGING: Quite sleek and simple, no complains. love the fact that it is in a tube.

CLAIMS:Maximum Coverage Concealer provides blendable, wearable, customizable coverage for body and face. The Oil Free formula is perfect for hiding tattoos, birth marks, dark circles, blemishes, scars and more. Highly pigmented for for long-lasting, ultimate coverage and confidence! For extended wear, finish with the e.l.f.Makeup Mist & Set.

My comments on the claims: This concealer is NOT highly pigmented or oil free. I have very dark under eye circles and this does not conceal all of it, even with two layers applied. I tried to hide a birthmark but unfortunately it didn't conceal it either. 
 I give it 3\5 for being true to its claims.


LONGEVITY:
Like I mentioned, since its not oil free it has to be set with a powder. even after that it only remains true to its color for only a few hours. After which, it starts to wear out.
for longevity this product gets a 2\5

COLOR:
I can only speak for the color i bought, which happens to be nude. It says on the packaging that this color suits light skin tones with yellow undertones and right it is! I am about nc25 in mac foundations and this was a PERFECT MATCH! Also it blends pretty well into the skin even if your apply it on a few shades lighter\darker skin tones!

BEST WAY TO WEAR:
Apply a primer before use, tap on the product and blend as lightly as you can concentrating on the edges. Coat a few times as needed. finish off with a powder or\and use makeup setting spray.

OVERALL COMMENTS:
Contrary to it's name and claims this is a very natural finish concealer. Not the best option for people with dark under eye circles, we should stick with the cream or stick concealers. This product is best for dry skin.
